Upgrading to Manticore 6.2 series #3127

Since a pull request (https://github.com/Tatoeba/tatoeba2/pull/3123) addressing a new CakePHP supported version is on its way, maybe upgrading also Manticore to the 6.2 series (https://manual.manticoresearch.com/Changelog#Version-6.2.12) could be considered, so Tatoeba could have complete updates to its overall code.
