Provide webfonts for not widely supported fonts #684

Some languages like Urdu require fonts that terribly lacks wide support. Worse, because the Urdu script uses the same Unicode codepoints as Arabic, most systems render Urdu with a wrong font, using Naskh instead of Nasta'liq. In order to help out users with broken systems, we may provide webfonts for Urdu and other languages.

We may want to provide web fonts for other languages too in order to avoid font substitution problems.
