I don't know if the bug is caused by the specified font, so I provide the font I'm using for reference. My system language is Chinese, and the font used is Apple's Chinese font Pingfang SC I hope it can help you locate the problem and I wish you all the best

On dev build 22581, no problem. System lauguage is Japanese, and the font used is BIZ UD PGothic.

leave title bar with default font and then the problem solved. It seems not related to which font you choose or size, as long as it is not default font, title bar will become transparent.

I tested on build 22598 dev on HYPER-V. Issue din't occured. I don't have extra PC for insider test. Perhaps real machine's driver problem?
