3.1.0版本，每次开机字体会恢复系统字体 #68

每次开机不固定，大部分情况开机之后，字体会正常替换，但是偶尔不生效，需要重新启动noMeiryoUi，这到底是什么原因，难道软件没设置自启动?不是很懂

Every time the boot is not fixed, most of the time after the boot, the character will be replaced normally, but occasionally does not take effect, need to restart noMeiryoUi, what is the reason in the end, is not the software set to start? Not very understanding

I think some softwares look at system fonts on startup, and don't change the system message WM_SETTING change. What do you think?

只在非正常关机后偶尔遇到这个问题

Hmm, its is better to add some wait when start with set option? I cannot think some idea, and I don't know how to reproduce.
