To restore system defaults of your language, you can:

• Create a temporary user

• Export the value of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics with the new user

• Restore the exported registry key in your current user profile

@mon-jai Thanks for good way to restore. And I think after restore exported registry key, sign off immediately, and sign in is needed. or restart system. Such issues are frequently occurred, and I write FAQ in wiki.
