Strange error in application #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have this strange error in my application. In development stage I have tested 
my application and it was OK. However, when we have release application, users 
started seeing this error.
Error is not showing all the time. Sometimes, 2-3 times scanning is OK, but 
after that, with no obvious reason, this mbox is shwon. Users need to close 
application and after starting again, application is working till another error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: Windows XP.
