I get a gray detail screen when casting a video.

Steps to Reproduce

Play something on Plex. Goto Tautulli.

Expected Behavior

Detail Blurb should come up

I was not able to replicate this specifically with casting. There is likely some piece of data coming from the Tautulli API I am not expecting which is causing this issue. If you are able to replicate the issue then I can have you fetch some data to help me understand the root cause.
