columnFilter doesn't support internationalization #104

...or at least I wasn't able to find any mention about languages, 
internationalization etc.  I know how to internationalize Datatables, but I 
couldn't find a way to internationalize columnFilter.

I'm using columnFilter's number-range-filter in my application and by default 
it places "From" and "To"-words next to filter text-fields. Because I can't see 
any change these words to any other language ,this makes columFilter basically 
useless for me.
