Steps
1) Create Helper motioninlamarroom, motioninmasterroom and so on with icon mdi:motion-sensor
2) run discovery on Alexa app
3) Edit routine on Alexa app,
people are detected in master
action: select from all devices motioninmasterroom -> ON
people are not detected in master
action: select from all devices motioninmasterroom -> OFF
4) by this the helper toggle should change value based on detecting people at ultrasound capable echo dots
5) then create 2 automations based on this:
open lights, greet using tts once motioninmasterroom -> ON
close lights, greet using tts once motioninmasterroom -> OFF
