Approval issue with French Community on WP about translations #84

Hi @stevejburge , @ojopaul ,

I want to make clear that after many attempts I succeeded to make a member of French community telling in clear letter that "they make first the approval of volunteers and developers can set the translations into the plugin folder till they make the approval." So we have to follow this suggestion henceforth.
