html and a little bit of javascript for the forum page, css for the forum page. this merge also has main.css which i use in the forum page

Conflict is to complex to solve in the web browser. Please look at the README file and make changes then do another pull request

Ok, I have looked at the issue and added a readme file to my branch and will try again.
