updated readme file and new python version example code added

1 - Readme is degraded by using windows path syntax. 2 - What’s the license for this MP3? Why is the MP3 so big? 3 - Adding this MP3 helps in no way. If you want to test whether playsound works, use the test file that’s already present which has a collection of tiny audio files which have alright licenses with them (I list them in the LICENSE file already.)
