As discussed elsewhere, the solution is to use the jingle as custom sound effects using SFXManager. Pending fix of Isaac.GetSoundIdByName: https://github.com/Meowlala/RepentanceAPIIssueTracker/issues/103

I created a pull request containing code that will make it easy to activate this feature once custom sound effects are fixed.

Code merged, now we just wait for the bug to be fixed

Looks like custom sounds work again with the latest update. I'll work on enabling this feature as soon as I'm able.
