[NEW-FEATURE] Export Configuration from Tixon components #712

We need to export configuration file in JSON format specifically for commissioning purposes. This file will be created by the Tixon department and used by application programmers. We need to implement this new feature for all Tixon components in TcoTixonFeeding library.
