Add support for newsletter #2

The API has the route /newstab. Add news as a resource and make the Dsbmobile object able to fetch it

It looks like https://mobileapi.dsbcontrol.de/newstab isn't working right now

It seems like it is working with the wrapper, but just not with the Browser
