Flexpaper Zine does not print last page of pdf

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on Print icon in Flexpaper zine.
2. Print "All" pages from the print popup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that it will print all pages of the pdf. But it doesn't print the last 
page. EG: If a pdf has 7 pages, it prints only 6 pages. In case where it is a 1 
page pdf, it prints a blank page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have tested this with the latest version 2.1.3 Customizable UI

Please provide any additional information below.
Even the demo example does not print the last page.

Was the demo example upgraded to 2.1.4? Because it still isn't printing the 
last page.

I downloaded the aspnet customizable version  2.1.4 from my account page and 
tested it on a website - it is not printing the last page either.
