Cannot connect "cd to /sdcard/openvpn failed" on Nexus 4 4.3 PA #160

I created the directory "/sdcard/openvpn", and installed the binary by 
OpenVPNInstaller-debug.apk (as normal version didn't work).
When I want to connect, it didn't work, the log file says:

"cd to '/sdcard/openvpn' failed: No such file or directory (errno=2)
Exiting"

The directory exists, the settings (path to configurations) are this, and the 
log path is set to it also! (It can log, but cant cd?)

Woooow, when using "SU" the /sdcard/ seems to be EMPTY!?

How can it be fixed? (using nexus 4, PA 3.99)

Has to set directory to /storage/emulated/0/openvpn, and works fine!
