Reorganise the intel commands #132

Reorganize the intel commands to:

Make them consistent and as a key feature of harpoon
Have options to decide which platforms are included

Have an way in the config file to add them to intel or not
Have an option to do all the queries (--all)
Standardize which data they get from which plugins (hashes, IPs etc.)

It needs more testing, but it is done with the last commits
