Adding listing tags command to Greynoise #148

This command was in the help but not implemented, this is done now 🎉

Not sure it is a good idea, the V1 API is going to be deprecated at some point and the python lib use the V2 so it's not going to work at some point

Well uh, we'll just fix it by then? This endpoint isn't in the Greynoise Python lib. So I made this hacky thing.
