Improvise a SkyBox #15

We're lacking a nice sea environment. For now, the best way to temporarily
fix it would be to use Papervision3D trick - apply a simple skybox with
high-resolution textures.

Got hi-res (1024x1024) skybox of underwater mountains. Uploaded to SVN.
