New cat-face and outerspace faces(?) #17

ADDS

  1. another cat-face
  2. outerspace string array and default selection
  3. comments noting the indexes for each item in the above arrays to make selection at a glance easier.

    NOTE

the real reason for this fork was to fix a bug I noticed when using emacs from a terminal: The wavy rainbow trail is not wavy, even though I have it set to be wavy: selection_014
