Review the call and the limits on API twitter and MyNews

Checking the average number of calls for Twitter and MyNews during the last month and deciding if we can/want to modify the rules of data collection.

• More or less days (currently 7 days before and 7 days after)
• Including or not the True/False data claims (currently only the False claims are included)
• Reintegrate or not Google API (currently, only the IBERIFIER API is included)
• Limiting the newspaper to a subset that we curate ourselves (currently no limit - ask Blanca to confirm)

This issue should be considered at the same time as #58

It should only involve modifying the config file. However, if modifications are done, it should be accompanied by a tag release in the main branch to give a trace of any change in the data collection process
