Better scoring for `texdoc textcsc` #86

Currently, we have:

texdoc -lM textcsc
textcsc 5.5 /usr/local/texlive/2022/texmf-dist/doc/latex/textcsc/textcsc.pdf
textcsc 4.0 /usr/local/texlive/2022/texmf-dist/doc/latex/textcsc/textcsc-documentation.pdf      Package documentation
textcsc 1.8 /usr/local/texlive/2022/texmf-dist/doc/latex/textcsc/README     Readme

We want to give the highest score to textcsc-documentation.pdf. We might want to add -documentation to the default sufffix_list to recognize it as a known suffix.
