runscript.tlu error when launch jfmuitl to parser JVF file #54

Error like the following:

jfmutil: VF syntax error: unexpected byte 243
D:\texlive\2021\bin\win32\runscript.tlu:935: D:\texlive\2021\bin\win32\runscript.tlu:915: d:\texlive\2021\tlpkg\tlperl\bin\perl.exe: No such file or directory

Why do you create a pull request for luatex and pdftex, that is completely unrelated. Closing it.
