Clone Scipt Menu to Right Context Editor Menu #347

As a number of scripts would relate to dealing with selected text or
positioning in the editor, would adding a right mouse Script item to the
context editor in the text editor are be too difficult to clone?  Even be a
preamble item in scripts for showing there as well as on the main Script
editor?

I've thought about this, just haven't got around to implementing it. I do think 
we'd want a way for the scripts to 
specify whether they should appear here, as it may not be appropriate for all 
scripts; I think of it as primarily 
useful for text-editing types of scripts.
