Add support for Sweave files (e.g. *.Rnw, *.rnw) #397

What steps will reproduce the problem?

This is entirely a wishlist bug. 

It would be nice if texworks had a processing tool setting to Sweave a 
document. 

That's all and thanks for an excellent editor.

Agreed. But if this implemented, please implement Latex syntax Sweave (.Stex) 
in addition to the more common NoWeb syntax Sweave (.Rrw).
