No smart code suggestions in the newest version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In a previous version of Texworks, when I type \begin{e, there will be a 
small window next to that showing a list of templates starting with \begin{e. 
Now there's no such function any more on the latest version. Can you bring it 
back? That function is super helpful!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version.

This has never been in Tw, AFAIK. But it's definitely on the wish-list.
