What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Having a language selected in Preferences, to be able to quickly toggle
between "Edit/Spelling/None" and the language by keyboard shortcut

Yes, I can see that this might be handy. Will have to think about how best to 
manage (and display) this as a 
dynamically-changing shortcut.
