Idea - use pillow if Magic is not availale #114

If ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick are not available, use Pillow for conversion. It should be on level module magick.py, without impact on other modules

direction is ImageMagick with Wand-Py, PIL is slighty different. PIL is use as support
