Redirects

Introduces a var COPY to indicate if to copy the primary.

https://teachbooks.github.io/testable-template/ redirects to .../2024/intro.html
https://teachbooks.github.io/testable-template/references redirects to .../2024/references
https://teachbooks.github.io/testable-template/notapage displays a (simple) 404 page

Archiving

To archive a branch, include its name in the BRANCHES_ARCHIVED variable. The banner looks like this https://teachbooks.github.io/testable-template/2023/intro.html
