Coaching Log missing district and schools #24

Context

District and school info are missing on the coach log form due to:

  1. I previously specified a range when fetching data from Google sheet
  2. People are not aware of how to add districts and schools to the form

Solutions:

  1. I deleted the range specification, now it's fetching all data
  2. I have informed them of the right way to add the new districts and schools
