Context:
An edge case arises this week about a project that does not have a specification on district and school needs to be added on the project log. Originally, I proposed to use the same name for the district and the school option on the Google sheet. However, that seemed to cause a problem for Duncan's process. He later proposed to have the school options listed as N/A if there are no schools associated with a district. However, that approach also introduces possibilities for uncleaned data. The coaching participant roaster form also uses the same Google sheet. Having N/A allows any district without school input to show up on the form, which allows coaches to submit teacher info even when the district school options are not ready yet. So we would need to clean the data afterwards to match the teacher with the right school and district.
My ideal solution here is to create a new sheet that is only for coach log and only show the district that has school options
