NYC math project teams have requested a way to remove teacher/school leader names from the Coaching Data Tracker and Coaching Log. To respond to this request, Duncan and I believe that we should add 2 columns to the Coaching Participant Roster Monday Board:
Should we track data collection for this participant? (Yes/No)
Is this participant active in the coaching cycle? (Yes/No)
How critical is this request to your operations? If possible, please elaborate on the impact it may have.
Adding these columns will help us identify which teachers/school leaders should be removed from our Coaching Data Tracker and/or Coaching Log. This will also allow us to accurately track 1. who we're actually coaching and 2. what data we're collecting from people we're actually coaching.
