SAMMI (Hobby CBM) training data has no participant ID. #127

In the testing data we collected from the Hobby CBM study, we did not find any participant ID column in the Jspsych_trials data files. It contains a "study" column, but its values are all "Templeton". It also has a "participant" column, but it is empty.

There is a participant id column that is populated. I've verified this and shown it to Sonia and Anna.
