Is this fairly recent feedback Claudia? I suspect we've fixed these text changes, and the other comments are too broad to address in this context. I don't want to delete this, but I'm not sure that it is fully actionable, and likely needs to be discussed or reviewed as a broader team (maybe in the weekly meeting?)

We received this feedback back in June. You're right; the text changes were addressed back over the summer, and you've probably taken care of the glitches with the newer versions of the site. I'll pass on the comments about the photos to the RA helping us collect images, but we can and should get group input next week on comments like these:

  1. Consent should probably say that site is not monitored 24 hours/day, so cannot reliably detect any signs of personal crisis. If feeling in danger to self or others, please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room
  2. On multi-item forms (e.g., My Mood), consider adding response labels below as well as atop items. It’s hard to remember what words go with what ratings when you can’t see them.
  3. Relationship status - no place to classify monogamous relationship w boyfriend but not living together
