Height of training scenarios #181

Capstone student(s) noted that height of training scenarios may be too tall. Is it possible to adjust height so that you don't have to scroll down to see the "continue" button?

I've make a number of changes to styles and image layouts that should tighten up the display of the control conditions. We've made changes that attempt to address this. Assuming this is good.
