Psychoeducation spacing before citations #204

Sometimes the spacing between the last line of text or border of a figure and the citation is large (e.g., Session 1), and other times there is hardly any spacing between the last text or border of a figure and the citation (e.g., Session 4). Spacing should be consistent for credibility.

Can you please revisit this and see if it remains an issue? I've reviewed and this looks fairly consistent to me now. I'll have new versions of the code deployed sometime today.

The spacing between the text/figure and the citation is still large in Session 2, inconsistent in Session 3, and nonexistent in Session 4. I'd shoot for the same spacing that we have between paragraphs of text.
