Future Thinking: Anchors for preAffect questions unequally spaced #218

The anchors for posFeelings and negFeelings are unequally spaced. Rather than increasing by 1, the slider (and values) incorrectly jump from 0 to 2, correctly increase by 1 to 8, incorrectly jump from 8 to 10, incorrectly jump from 10 to 12, correctly increase by 1 to 18, and incorrectly jump to 20.

In addition to changing this for Future Thinking (if it makes sense to do so for the timeline it will be up), ensure that the R01 doesn't have this issue.

Anne has provided a new slider that no longer exhibits these issues.
