Additional ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION permissions required for Geofences
Target SDK bumped to 33
BugFix - Switch to PendingIntent.FLAG_MUTABLE
BugFix - Removed reference to DateUtils obfuscated from the Core module.
