As a teacher, I want to be able to move students from one classroom I own to another [Backend]. #8

Input student and from -> class, no output. Front end will send the input from a list of students to select from. Should also be sending back all the current students in a classroom and all available classrooms.

When moving students from one classroom to another, make sure to delete them from old classroom (students can't be in more than one teacher's class I think*)
