Tune auto profile constants #260

Adjust the profile constants for the scoring gear auto modes until they look reasonable. Don't worry too much about this because the field we are using is a little thinner than the real field will be.

We didn't quite get around to many of these, we should tune the red autos as much as we can for the reveal video, the other ones will have to be done after bag and at Iowa.
