create scoreGearBlueLeft, scoreGearBlueRight, and scoreGearRedRight command groups #269

Just copy the structure of scoreGearRedLeft. Make constants for each of these, and also make it so that they can be selected from the smartDashboard.

Just focus on the red auto modes before bag for the reveal video. We can get the blue ones after bag.
