Basic robot functionality working #42

Current Problems (This is lon btw)

  1. We need to either redo the offsets or tune the swerve module pid because it is drifting.
  2. Auto aiming to the speaker is a little off we need to figure out which way is forward and set its heading offset accordingly
  3. Add auto aiming to heading into the amp command
  4. we need to create states for the robot i.e intake, idle, shooting, amp shooting, climbing
  5. we need to create the lookup table code and a shooting to speaker command
