feat(gemini.py): added the initial framework for the google gemini chatbot (now frontend time)
feat(chatbot.tsx): initial chatbot complete :D
update chat history (going away later)
feat(chatbox.tsx): lots more functionality added and markdown loading
feat(chatbot): chatbot beta v1 ready (PR Ready)

Closes #70 (Mostly)

.env key can be found in discord, and you put it under ./server/api/functions/.env for it to load properly
