strange behavior of vibrant capacitor bank in combination with conduit #644

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

on my server i placed a vibrant capacitor bank and put one enderio conduit to it in input/output mode always active. (nothing else connected). Now the input/output values displayed on the bank are jumpin from extreme negative values to extrem high positive values fast. (the bar is also jumping up and down. separate the conduit to two stops this and the capacitor bank works as expected. (if you connect both its jumping again)

Expected Behavior

capacitor bank should show correct input/output values and a stable bar

How to Test

  1. place a vibrant capacitor bank 2x2x5
  2. connect only one energy conduit
  3. set conduit to input/output
  4. no other connection

Local Environment

- **Operating System Server: Docker container inside Unraid OS**: 
- **Minecraft Forge Version 1.20.1**: 
- **Other Mods**: ATM9 Modpack version 0.2.54

Any Additional Information?

pls provide us with Version of EnderIO and Java Version Including Forge Version as well

Confirmed locally, still occurs on 6.1.2-beta

Behaving as expected on 1.21, this is only an issue for 1.20.1
