[BUG] Breaking Conduit caused hard crash, cannot reload modpack #699

Basic Crash Error: The game crashed whilst exception ticking world Error: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 1 out of bounds for length 1

Mined an ME Conduit using Pickaxe, block also contained an Energy Conduit and Item Conduit, these connections go downwards, it was also connected Above to a Sophisticated Backpack, on one side to a Dense ME conduit, and another side connected to a Fluix Cable.

Modpack no longer Loaded until Block was Deleted in Amulet

I was unable to reproduce this issue, but I have laid in a preventative measure into the upcoming 6.1 release to hopefully prevent this from happening again.
