Liquid tanks do not work after restart #768

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

After restarting the server (re-entering the world), the liquid tanks from the mod stop working.

Expected Behavior

No response

How to Test

  1. Install a liquid tank and set it up
  2. Check that it works properly.
  3. Wait for the server to restart.
  4. Enjoy the idle tank.

Local Environment

- **Operating System**: Windows
- **Java version**: 17.0.6
- **Minecraft Version**: 1.20.1
- **Version**: 6.1.8
- **Other Mods**: Applied Energistics 2, Mekanism...
