Tested the latest version of Ender IO in ATM9 and I see no reason that this should not be working - could you provide a video clip of this behaviour?

@Rover656 as requested, hopefully this helps: https://medal.tv/games/minecraft/clips/iDtqtqRIVCDPQFdwB/d13377kjH6Fr?invite=cr-MSxZYmMsMjA2ODMwNTUs
I am having the exact same issue in Beyond Mines: Revelation II. I am using the built in push/pull function to suck up XP juice and bottles. It works, unless the tank fills up through the lack of empty glass bottles. After the tank fills up completely, it wont fill up any more bottles. Buckets work fine regardless.
Hi thanks for the reports, I've managed to find the fault. It'll be available in the next version :)
Is there an existing issue for this?
Current Behavior
With XP Juice inside of a fluid tank, putting Glass Bottles into the right and uppermost slot in the UI does not craft XP bottles in the right bottommost slot. Other basic crafts like sticking in a bucket to get a Bucket of XP Juice works just fine, it just seems to be the XP bottle craft that doesnt seem to work
Expected Behavior
Putting empty bottles in the place as previously mentioned should yield the XP bottle craft from the fluid tank, as per JEI
