Ender Fluid Conduits Don't Extract fluids from Gregtech chemical reactors that have Fluids in it's input buffer

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Ender fluid conduits do not extract fluids from gregtech single block chemical reactors when there's fluids in the input of the reactor.

Expected Behavior

I expect the ender fluid conduits to extract fluids from the output buffer of the gregtech single block chemical reactor regardless of whether it has fluids in it's input buffer.

How to Test

Place down 2 mv chemical reactors Fill in the input and output fluid buffers of the first chemical reactor connect the 2 reactors with ender fluid conduits The second reactor will not fill up with any fluids

- Mc Version: 1.20.1
- Enderio Version: 6.1.8-beta
- Other Mods: Gregtech 1.4.0
