Improve visibility in level bubbles. #16

I have my pad a fair distance away from a 24" screen, when using the theme it's really hard to see the levels. I'd suggest using an outline in the level font or making the bubble colors a bit darker tones.

Improved since the rewrite branch became main, let me know if it's still an issue and I'll reopen this.
